Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration within region.
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Set the vision for the region and develop and adheres to a business plan to attain the company’s
mission. - Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information, identify trends
that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
5.Managing a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-setgoals for
General Trade - Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to general trade market.
- Allocating areas to Sales Representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets within the region with the team
- Monitoring the allocated team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in meeting sales goals.
- Strong Relationship building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales
role.
