Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for sanitary pad & diaper manufacturing machines.
• Ensure proper calibration and configuration of sensors, actuators, and controllers.
• Improve machine performance, cycle time, and efficiency through control system enhancements.
• Integrate new automation solutions for better product quality and reduced material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Good communication and collaboration with production, maintenance, and QA teams.
• Preferred experience in sanitary pads, diapers, tissue paper, nonwoven product manufacturing, or FMCG industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years in PLC programming & industrial automation (preferably in FMCG, hygiene products, or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Good communication and collaboration with production, maintenance, and QA teams

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To manage export sales, ensuring compliance, timely shipment, and effective coordination with
global clients. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills to
optimize export procedures and enhance the company’s global reach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Drive export sales to achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify markets and opportunities.
3. Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients.
4. Process export orders and ensure timely delivery
5. Handle export documentation like invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
6. Track sales performance and report to management.
7. Is comfortable working in a 6-day setting.

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in export sales.
3. Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation, and regulations.

Job Descriptions

As a product specialist, your main goal is to ensure the product profitability and
conƟnued growth of a product. You need to act as a champion of our product and develop
sales strategy, price strategy, and profitability strategies, recommend improvements,
increase revenue, and identify opportunities. You also need to have a keen eye for spoƫng
market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of a company’s product.
• Analyse competing products to identify unaddressed gaps and growth opportunities.
• Driving product P& and ensure that product portfolio is profitable and aligned with
• the company’s financial goals.
• Plan and carry out product launches in alignment with Sales & Marketing
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product, market, competition
• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements,
• and issues
• Adjust pricing, when necessary, based on market shifts or cost changes
• Communicate the proposition to Sales Teams based in various parts of country (i.e.
• why customers should buy)
• Create and manage programs to generate demand for the product
• Develop the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process
• Be an expert on the market including who the buyers are, how they buy and why

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 6-8 yrs of experience in a similar role in FMCG environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, product development,
• marketing, or communications.
• Proven experience managing P&L for a product or business unit
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Great communication skills for collaborating with various teams and presenting to leadership.
